Job description
Microsoft is seeking a Partner Solution Sales Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to drive AI Business Solutions sales within the Small and Medium Business segment through a portfolio of high-performing Cloud Solution Provider partners. The role sits within the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) organization, an AI-powered global sales team focused on customer success, partner collaboration, and scalable growth. The Partner Solution Sales Manager owns opportunities from commit to complete, specifically Stages 2β3 of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology, and is accountable for developing and executing a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan to achieve quarterly Cloud Solution Area financial results across the SMB business. The role focuses on driving CSP revenue growth, accelerating pipeline velocity, leading partner commercial performance, and acting as a trusted advisor shaping joint business strategy between Microsoft and partners. The position requires strong expertise in cloud and AI digital solutions, partner and channel sales, co-sell execution, and structured sales methodologies, while operating in a hybrid work environment with regular in-office engagement and regional travel.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the Cloud Solution Area pipeline with assigned partners to drive pipeline velocity within the SMB business
- Be accountable for Cloud Solution Area revenue forecasting across the assigned partner portfolio
- Drive Cloud Solution Provider revenue growth through a scalable and high-performing partner ecosystem
- Develop and execute a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan with assigned partners using co-sell strategies
- Coach partners on Microsoft solution area plays and sales levers to drive Reach, Frequency, and Yield
- Lead Top Deals with pinned partners above defined revenue thresholds and maintain accurate deal data in MSX
- Leverage Microsoft investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression, deployment, and consumption
- Achieve a minimum of 40% of total won opportunity value through co-sell motions with pinned partners
- Support partners in advancing strategic deals, removing commercial blockers, and addressing competitive challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor and business leader, shaping joint business strategy between Microsoft and partner organizations
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs Degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, solution selling, marketing, or business development
- Demonstrate proven success working with partners, distributors, or indirect sales channels
- Possess professional experience selling or supporting AI and cloud-based digital solutions
- Exhibit fluency in both English and Arabic languages
- Maintain ability to operate in a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in-office and regional travel requirements
