Job description
The Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Cards Product Specialist) at Mastercard Advisors Deploy will support clients in delivering and implementing card product strategies, from new product launches to optimization initiatives. The role requires collaboration across marketing, operations, legal, risk, and technology to ensure successful execution of card programs aligned with consumer banking objectives. Responsibilities include project execution, internal training, market benchmarking, competitive pricing, and enhancing customer experience. This is a high-impact role requiring deep domain expertise, strong project management skills, and a client-centric mindset.

- Support clients in delivering card product strategies focused on profitability, growth, and compliance.
- Guide product management for cards, including audits, complaints, and compliance support.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to drive product growth and awareness.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions to enhance customer experiences across all segments.
- Conduct benchmarking and pricing reviews of card products against competitors.
- Execute strategic and tactical roadmaps to enhance and develop product offerings.
- Support product commercialization and training of internal stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Manage large-scale program delivery from initiation through benefit realization.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, solve issues, and implement plans effectively.
- Develop and deliver compelling client presentations and project documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to firmās intellectual capital.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Experience & skills
- 10ā12 years of experience in cards product management.
- Bachelorās degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Regional experience in the GCC is highly desirable.
- Strong domain knowledge of the payments industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects in multicultural environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools and structured methodologies.
- Fluency in English and local office language; additional languages desirable.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments.
