Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive country strategy to expand DB Investing’s market share and strengthen its competitive positioning in Saudi Arabia.
• Drive client acquisition across retail, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional segments through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
• Leverage and expand an existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners to increase trading volumes and regional penetration.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage new IBs while maintaining strong performance oversight and relationship management.
• Lead and manage a local sales and business development team, setting performance KPIs and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Take ownership of country-level revenue targets, ensuring achievement and exceeding of monthly and annual sales goals.
• Develop tailored sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and partnership models aligned with Saudi market dynamics.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and internal governance standards in coordination with compliance teams.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Collaborate with headquarters to align marketing campaigns, product offerings, pricing models, and operational support with local market needs.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for differentiation.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including financial advisors, trading communities, institutional partners, and industry influencers.
• Oversee operational execution including client onboarding processes, partner activation, and service quality standards.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on performance metrics, pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
