The Senior Commercial Executive ā Tenants at Careem is responsible for driving commercial growth and data-driven decision-making across the Tenants vertical, supporting the expansion of Careemās Everything App through services such as Car Rental and Home Services delivered via third-party partners. The role focuses on scaling third-party operated services in Dubai, collaborating closely with external partners, and delivering measurable business impact. The position involves developing and implementing revenue growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinating with partner operations teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations and booking fulfillment. The Senior Commercial Executive acts as custodian of key business metrics, structuring and performing analyses to answer business-critical questions, and deriving commercial insights to guide decision-making. The role requires designing, optimizing, and automating dashboards and reports, monitoring business-impacting KPIs, maintaining data health checks, and performing data sanitization to ensure data accuracy. The candidate will support product funnel performance, conduct business performance analysis, and translate data into actionable insights using presentations and reports for stakeholders and partners. The role requires proficiency in SQL, Tableau or equivalent visualization tools, and hands-on experience with Python for analytics and automation. The Senior Commercial Executive is expected to understand the online car rental market and on-demand home services market, manage stakeholder relationships, collaborate across functions, and deliver data-driven recommendations to accelerate business growth. The position also supports AI-driven transformation initiatives, leveraging analytics and automation to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and improve business performance across Careemās Everything App ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion, identify upsell opportunities, and execute cross-sell initiatives across Tenants vertical including Car Rental and Home Services
- Coordinate with partnersā operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations, booking fulfillment, and proactive resolution of operational issues impacting customer experience
- Act as custodian of key business metrics and commercial analytics by structuring data analyses to answer critical business questions and derive actionable insights
- Drive business growth by supporting product funnel optimization, conducting business performance analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and revenue
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable presentations and reports to support partner interactions and business decision-making
- Design, optimize, and automate dashboards and reporting tools to support day-to-day analytics requests and monitor business-impacting KPIs
- Maintain data health checks, perform data sanitization, and ensure accuracy and integrity of analytics used for decision-making
- Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders while collaborating across functions to scale third-party services and drive operational excellence
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools for building dashboards and performing business analytics
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and analytics workflows
- Demonstrate strong experience in business performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and commercial insights generation
- Demonstrate ability to communicate complex analytical findings through presentations and written reports to diverse stakeholders
