Hungerstation is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Executive Search Principal Recruiter to lead its executive hiring efforts across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. This senior-level role involves collaborating closely with C-suite executives, driving end-to-end leadership hiring strategies, and leveraging deep market intelligence to attract and secure transformative talent. As part of the Delivery Hero Group, Hungerstation offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where the recruiter will influence key business decisions through high-impact placements and play a vital role in the growth of the companyâs leadership bench. The role demands a balance of strategic insight, recruitment execution, and stakeholder influence, combined with regional knowledge and discretion in managing sensitive leadership-level searches.

Key responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end executive recruitment strategies aligned with Hungerstation's strategic growth in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
- Partner directly with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver best-fit leadership candidates across functions.
- Develop and maintain a robust executive talent pipeline using advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.
- Leverage market intelligence and talent mapping to identify, engage, and hire top-tier executives across the GCC and globally.
- Lead the technical and consultative aspects of executive hiring, ensuring candidate alignment with company vision and culture.
- Collaborate closely with HR, compensation, and legal departments to streamline offer management and ensure compliance with local hiring laws.
- Deliver a seamless and confidential candidate experience through tailored communication, feedback, and onboarding support.
- Serve as an internal advisor on executive search trends, regional hiring practices, and competitor intelligence.
- Work with the central Executive Search team to align on talent acquisition best practices and optimize hiring workflows.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to report on executive hiring metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
Experience & skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 7+ years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or headhunting with a focus on VP, C-level, or senior leadership hiring.
- Proven success in fast-paced tech, digital, or e-commerce environments with complex and cross-border hiring needs.
- Deep expertise in stakeholder management, advising and influencing executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong experience in talent intelligence, mapping of executive talent pools, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, including experience in analyzing hiring metrics and optimizing processes based on data insights.
- In-depth knowledge of GCC and Saudi labor market dynamics, including executive hiring nuances and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential and high-impact searches with discretion and professionalism.
- Hands-on experience with executive recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent executive searches, and thrive in an agile, high-growth environment.
