Job description
Saudi Arabia and Egypt both fall under this Riyadh-based HR Director, who shapes the people agenda across a manufacturing and production group. The Group Chief Executive Officer and executive team rely on you for advice on all human capital matters. Large-scale organisational design, restructuring and workforce optimisation projects sit at the centre of the brief, alongside cost reduction backed by data. Succession planning frameworks, performance management that separates performance from potential, and leadership development build the pipeline for future growth. HR policies have to reflect both global best practice and local rules in KSA and Egypt, including Saudization targets and government relations. Talent acquisition, employer branding and engagement initiatives support retention in competitive markets. Saudi nationality is essential for regulatory reasons. Candidates also need 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, at least five at HR Director level, deep knowledge of KSA labour law and a bachelor's degree, with a master's and retail or multi-site experience highly desirable. This position pays AED 48,969.78 to AED 63,660.71 per month.
