Job description
The Manager - Marketing (National Talent) at Dubai Holding Entertainment is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of leading entertainment and leisure destinations in Dubai, including Ain Dubai, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resortsā¢, Coca-Cola Arena, Roxy Cinemas, The Green Planet, and the Arabian Radio Network. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, print, events, and social media platforms while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Core responsibilities include market research and analysis, brand management, and budget planning, alongside cross-functional collaboration with sales, product development, and external agencies. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, maintaining brand consistency, and leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact results. The position demands strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance Dubai Holding Entertainmentās position as a premier entertainment and tourism leader.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives and brand vision
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize marketing tactics for maximum ROI
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, positioning, and messaging
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing communications and materials
- Enhance and evolve brand identity to strengthen overall market presence and recognition
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective cost control and return on investment tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure cohesive marketing execution
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to support marketing activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline; Masterās degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns across channels
- Strong understanding of brand management, consumer engagement, and market positioning within the entertainment sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide diverse teams and external partners effectively
