Sia, a global specialist management consulting firm founded in Paris in 1999 with over 3,000 employees across 48 offices in 19 countries, is seeking a UAE National for a Data Science & Artificial Intelligence consulting role based in Abu Dhabi. The firm operates under its Consulting 4.0 model leveraging Augmented & Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Data Science to support multinational clients in decision-making, transformation, and operational improvement. The Data Science & AI Consultant will join the Middle East consulting team supporting advisory services including strategy & execution, innovation, operational performance & cost reduction, cyber & data security, efficient organisation, transformation & change management, HR performance, and IT performance. The role focuses on supporting strategy development, data analysis, AI use-case identification, and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will analyze structured and unstructured data, generate actionable insights, support automation opportunities, and develop dashboards, reports, and presentations. The role also involves conducting market research, benchmarking, industry analysis, and supporting development of business cases for AI-driven solutions. The candidate will collaborate with senior consultants and clients, participate in workshops, and contribute to consulting engagements across strategy, AI initiatives, and digital transformation. The position requires familiarity with machine learning concepts, data modeling, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English. The role is targeted at fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience and offers exposure to global consulting engagements, digital technologies, and AI-driven transformation projects within a diverse, innovation-focused consulting environment.
