Job description
The Manager ICT Contract Management is responsible for providing contractual support to sales, solution, and delivery teams in finalizing agreements with suppliers and vendors, including drafting, reviewing, managing contract novation, and offering guidance based on best practices. The role covers support during complex Frame Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Software License Agreements, and Service Provider Agreements negotiations. The manager engages with internal key stakeholders for contract drafting and negotiations with customers and vendors, acts as the primary point of contact on contractual matters, manages workflows of all contract stages, delivers periodic reports on contract progress, maintains contractual records and renewal dates, develops and maintains relationships with the Legal Department, assists with reviewing and updating contractual templates, provides advice to relevant team members, coordinates with multiple departments including Legal and Finance, and manages confidential projects within agreed frameworks. The role requires deep understanding of ICT services, key commercial and legal elements, pricing structures of supplier contracts, contract management, and Corporate Terms & Conditions.

- Provide contractual support to sales, solution, and delivery teams to finalize agreements with selected suppliers and vendors, including drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, and managing contract novation.
- Provide contractual support during complex Frame Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Software License Agreements, and Service Provider Agreements negotiations.
- Engage with internal stakeholders for contract drafting and negotiations with customers and vendors.
- Serve as the point of contact on contractual matters, acting as the contractual middleman between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely review and approval/reconciliation of potential variations.
- Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages and deliver periodic reports on contract progress to decision-making bodies and key internal stakeholders.
- Maintain contractual records, renewal dates, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Legal Department.
- Assist with reviewing and updating contractual templates and provide advice to relevant team members when required.
- Project manage confidential assignments and work with relevant teams within an agreed framework.
- Coordinate proactively with different EITC departments, including Legal and Finance.
Experience & skills
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in legal, business, or IT.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the ICT services industry.
- Understanding of key commercial and legal elements and pricing structures of supplier contracts.
- Knowledge of contract management and a complete understanding of Corporate Terms & Conditions.
- Knowledge of contracts and corporate terms and conditions.
- Good knowledge of ERP system (Oracle).
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Project Management skills.
