Job description
Reporting to the Head of Specialist Advisory, Citi UAE, this AVP gives investment advice and expertise to Citigold Private Client clients in Dubai. Senior Relationship Managers and Citigold Private Client Relationship Managers rely on you for portfolio construction guidance, market insights, product education and investment propositions. Client market update events are also yours to lead. Success is measured on revenue achievement, AUM growth, portfolio and sales diversification, annual portfolio reviews for assigned clients, and adherence to quality and control standards. Much of the thinking centres on a whole-portfolio approach that puts Citi's investment strategy into practice and lifts share of wallet. Behind the client work sits a steady stream of KPI monitoring, documentation, compliance and governance. Junior team members will also look to you for mentoring. Candidates generally bring 8+ years of relevant experience, a strong grasp of financial markets, economies and investment products, and time spent in large-scale, regulated environments. A degree in finance, economics or another quantitative discipline is expected, with a Master's, MBA or CFA helpful, and Arabic alongside English is preferred.
