Job description
Ounass is seeking a highly creative and organized Digital Designer to join their Dubai-based team and contribute to high-impact, innovative design across web, email, mobile, social, and more. Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Editorial, and UX teams to create digital assets that are visually compelling, conversion-optimized, and aligned with brand standards. This is a hybrid role that provides opportunities to lead creative projects, mentor junior designers, and shape the evolving luxury brand identity of the regionās leading eCommerce platform.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Create responsive designs for web, mobile, email, and social platforms
- Design product visuals, banners, landing pages, and templates with conversion and branding in mind
- Work across departments to translate briefs into performance-oriented creative
- Lead small-scale design projects from concept to execution
- Mentor and support junior designers
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment in all creative output
- Monitor digital trends and user behaviors to inform design strategies
- Maintain scalable design systems and documentation
- Incorporate data and feedback into iterative design improvements
- Stay current with design tools, techniques, and technologies including 3D and motion graphics
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital design (preferably in fashion or luxury)
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, motion, and responsive design
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Figma and Sketch is a plus
- Basic 3D design and animation (Blender, Cinema 4D) is advantageous
- Understanding of SEO implications in design
- Strong collaboration, project ownership, and stakeholder communication abilities
- Mobile-first mindset with sharp attention to layout and typography
