As a Property Manager at haus & haus in Dubai, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of residential properties within one of the city’s most reputable real estate agencies. This client-facing role requires proactive business development to convert leads and grow the managed portfolio, working closely with internal Sales and Leasing teams. You will handle all aspects of property management, including coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, managing maintenance issues with contractors, and maintaining detailed property records. The position demands consistent performance to meet revenue and portfolio targets while delivering excellent client service. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms like Reapit are essential, as is strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and possession of a valid UAE driving licence with access to a vehicle. The role is on-site, embedded in a collaborative and supportive team environment, with ongoing training and system support provided to ensure success in this fast-paced, target-driven industry.
