Job description
The Marketing Cloud Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce will support the Middle East territory, delivering AI-driven digital engagement solutions across email, mobile, and web. This role requires acting as a trusted advisor and solution expert to a range of stakeholders including C-level executives, operational marketing teams, and IT. The role is part of the Middle East Solution Engineering team, focusing on crafting, demonstrating, and packaging innovative customer experience solutions tailored to solve key business challenges. In addition to working on sales opportunities and marketing campaigns, the engineer contributes to internal continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, leading client discovery workshops, delivering impactful solution demonstrations and presentations, and staying informed on emerging customer experience innovations. Success is measured through the sales teamās revenue growth and pipeline expansion.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, partners, and product teams to plan and deliver sales campaigns
- Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to define challenges and propose impactful solutions
- Demonstrate and present technical solutions tailored to customer business KPIs and ROI expectations
- Deliver engaging product presentations at Salesforce events and during sales cycles
- Stay informed on innovations in customer experience management and digital engagement
- Support pipeline growth by providing pre-sales solution expertise across the assigned territory
- Share learnings and successful case studies internally to amplify team effectiveness
- Participate in strategic internal initiatives for team development and innovation
Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting roles
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, or AI
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Proven ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong presentation skills and storytelling abilities to drive customer engagement
- Preferred: Technical knowledge in CRM, Loyalty Management, Analytics, or Real-time Personalisation
- Preferred: Experience in product management or software implementation post-sales
