Job description
The Secondary Sales Manager at Driven Properties in Dubai, UAE, leads the secondary sales team, driving sales performance across the secondary real estate market. The role encompasses strategic oversight of property sales operations, team management, and implementation of effective business plans to meet or exceed sales targets. The manager monitors team performance, provides feedback, conducts evaluations, and fosters a collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and high productivity. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client preferences and market trends, building strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring all transactions adhere to regulatory and company policies. The manager also oversees property listing presentations, ensures accuracy of marketing materials, supports agents in negotiations and deal closures, and collaborates with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to enhance overall business objectives and the customer experience. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with a valid UAE driving license for required travel.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to optimize revenue generation and exceed established targets
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional development and teamwork among agents
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on real estate trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences, and use insights to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring accuracy of information and quality of marketing materials
- Provide guidance to agents in deal negotiation, transaction closures, client inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations to support overall business objectives and enhance the client experience
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market with a focus on secondary property sales
- At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience in a real estate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and secondary property sales dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity for data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, results-oriented approach
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required
