Job description
The Automotive Content Manager role at Bayut & dubizzle is responsible for owning and executing the end-to-end content strategy for the new car business, with primary focus on the DriveArabia brand and additional contributions to dubizzle. The role oversees a comprehensive multimedia roadmap spanning written editorial content, vehicle pricing and specifications, daily automotive news, and in-depth car reviews across web, video, and YouTube platforms. The position drives audience growth, engagement, and measurable revenue impact through a structured multi-channel content strategy, while establishing and enforcing high editorial and visual standards. The role leads a dedicated content team, manages social media presence across major platforms, applies analytics and SEO best practices to refine editorial direction, and collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, strong digital identity, and effective online reputation management within the automotive domain.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy across web, YouTube, and social platforms to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue
- Oversee end-to-end production of new car content including vehicle specifications, pricing, editorial news, and video reviews
- Establish and enforce editorial, visual, and brand standards, providing final approval for key content outputs
- Manage and grow presence across social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Recruit, manage, and develop a content team including writers, videographers, and social media specialists
- Apply analytics, SEO best practices, and market trend analysis to refine editorial direction and report performance
- Monitor competitor activity and automotive market shifts to inform content strategy
- Lead brand reputation management across digital platforms and moderate user-generated content
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, sales, and customer service to align messaging and execute joint initiatives
- Maintain structured content calendars and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality multimedia output
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience managing and producing automotive content
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of people management experience
- Exhibit strong knowledge of new car pricing and specifications within the GCC market
- Demonstrate hands-on experience producing social media content including reels, posts, and stories
- Demonstrate working knowledge of SEO content strategies including headline writing and URL optimization
- Demonstrate experience growing social media communities and driving measurable engagement
- Exhibit experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal business teams
