Bidder and material vendor selection draws on technical competency, experience and HSE performance, using the company commercial directory and site management approvals. Day to day support to plant operations runs through the Maintenance Management system, which you plan, monitor and control for civil maintenance services. Company standards and policies for Civil Maintenance are yours to implement. Mentoring UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering is also expected, helping ADNOC Sour Gas reach its Emiratization targets.
