Job description
Accenture’s Contract Management team in Riyadh is seeking a Commercial Contracts Associate Manager to support sales and delivery teams across the full contract lifecycle. The role involves leading and supporting contract management teams, managing commercial risks, driving revenue protection, and ensuring compliance with obligations. This client-facing position requires strong commercial acumen, risk management expertise, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities
- Lead/support contract management teams across projects and accounts.
- Work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities.
- Provide input into performance management activities across multiple projects and accounts.
- Support identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues.
- Engage in pre-award sales activities and discussions with delivery and sales teams on potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes.
- Support contract drafting activities and contribute to account strategy, objectives, and opportunities.
- Build trusted client relationships as a key client-facing function.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Membership in World Commerce and Contracting (WCC), NCMA, or professional certification considered a plus.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in contract management.
- Experience conducting and supervising compliance-related, employment, and governmental investigations.
- In-depth knowledge of local ethical, compliance-related risks, employee rights, obligations, and related laws.
- Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all organizational levels.
- Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and contracting terms and conditions.
- Some travel may be required.
