The Integration Architect L1 – Oracle Integration Cloud Service at Wipro Limited in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates is responsible for creating exceptional integration architectural solution design, providing thought leadership, and enabling delivery teams to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction within digital transformation programs. The role defines integration architecture for new deals and major change requests in existing deals by creating an enterprise-wide integration architecture that ensures systems are seamlessly integrated while remaining scalable, reliable, and manageable. The architect provides digital integration solutioning for RFPs, analyzes applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to establish an integration solution design framework and architecture. The position provides technical leadership for the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using modern technology, defines current state integration solutions, identifies improvements, options and tradeoffs to define target state solutions, and documents integration architecture covering logical, deployment, and data views with detailed artefacts. The role evaluates and recommends products and solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem, validates integration solutions or prototypes from technology, cost structure, and customer differentiation perspectives, performs root cause analysis of integration architectural design issues, collaborates with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture, tracks industry integration trends, and ensures conformance with Enterprise Architecture. The architect establishes integration metrics including KPI and SLA, prepares risk mitigation plans, ensures quality assurance of integration architecture decisions, leads development and maintenance of integration frameworks and related artefacts, supports pre-sales presentations of solution design principles, coordinates with client teams to ensure requirements are met, demonstrates thought leadership through white papers and blogs, develops Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies and demos, contributes to ACE certifications growth, and drives delivery performance measured by Quality Index, CSAT, cost, quality, and timelines while promoting automation and reusable components. The role also supports resourcing, talent management, onboarding, training, performance management, and mentoring of developers, designers, and junior architects within the integration practice.

Key responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide integration architecture for new deals and major change requests ensuring systems are seamlessly integrated, scalable, reliable, and manageable
- Provide digital integration solutioning for RFPs by analyzing applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to establish an integration solution design framework
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using modern technology, document logical, deployment, and data views, and validate integration solutions or prototypes from technology, cost structure, and customer differentiation perspectives
- Identify improvements, options, and tradeoffs between current state and target state integration solutions, perform root cause analysis of architectural issues, and recommend relevant solutions
- Collaborate with sales, program/project, consulting teams, IT groups, and client stakeholders to reconcile solutions to Enterprise Architecture and ensure conformance with governance and standards
- Establish and monitor integration metrics including KPI and SLA, identify integration risks, prepare risk mitigation plans, and ensure quality assurance of integration architecture decisions
- Support pre-sales by presenting solution design and integration principles to clients, coordinate with client teams to ensure requirements are met, and act as a trusted advisor demonstrating thought leadership
- Develop and maintain integration frameworks, create Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos, white papers, and blogs, mentor developers and junior architects, contribute to selection interviews, and support resourcing, onboarding, training, and performance management
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 8-10 years of experience in integration architecture and digital transformation environments
- Possess mandatory expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service
- Demonstrate experience defining enterprise-wide integration architecture including logical, deployment, and data views
- Demonstrate experience in RFP solutioning, integration solution design, and validation of integration solutions from technology and cost structure perspectives
- Demonstrate knowledge of Enterprise Architecture conformance, integration patterns, best practices, and processes
- Demonstrate ability to establish and monitor KPI and SLA metrics and prepare risk mitigation plans for integration risks
- Demonstrate capability to perform root cause analysis of integration architectural design issues and provide relevant technical solutions
- Demonstrate experience supporting pre-sales, developing Proof of Concepts (POCs), contributing to white papers and blogs, and driving automation and reusable components for improved productivity
