The Manager – Constructions role at Agility Logistics Parks in Jeddah, Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia, is an on-site position responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects within logistics parks and industrial developments. The Construction Manager is accountable for the full construction lifecycle, from project conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Core responsibilities include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of construction projects, as well as overseeing both onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety regulations, relevant rules, and quality standards. The role requires expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and construction techniques, along with familiarity with construction management software packages. The Construction Manager coordinates construction workers and subcontractors, selects tools, materials, and equipment, tracks inventory, negotiates contract terms, drafts contracts, and obtains required permits and licenses. The position involves daily review of work progress, preparation of internal and external job status reports, proactive problem prevention and resolution, and comprehensive risk analysis, management, and mitigation. The role ensures adherence to contractual performance conditions while maintaining strict cost, time, and quality controls across all construction activities.
