Job description
The Country General Manager at Keeta will lead the overall operations and strategic direction for the Saudi Arabia market. This executive role requires driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, building and leading high-performance teams, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. The CGM will act as the local ambassador of Keeta, implementing company goals in alignment with global strategies, while navigating the unique business and cultural landscape of the Middle East. This position offers exposure to Meituanās global expansion efforts and provides an opportunity to influence the regional food delivery market significantly.

- Formulate and execute country-specific business strategies to drive growth and achieve financial targets
- Monitor market dynamics, adjust business strategies, and respond to evolving market demands
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance, diverse team fostering innovation and collaboration
- Integrate internal and external resources to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring targets for revenue, profitability, and market share are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities to enhance brand influence
- Represent the company at regional forums, industry events, and government engagements
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and company policies
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or equivalent
- Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record in domestic and international markets
- Excellent judgment, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proven experience in cross-cultural leadership and managing diverse teams
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Ability to adapt to frequent international travel and long-term overseas living
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and market growth strategies
