Job description
The Enterprise Products and Services Team Leader in Kuwait City is responsible for leading the design, development, and full lifecycle management of enterprise product and service offerings within the B2B division. The role drives product strategy, innovation, and revenue growth by defining and evolving a competitive and scalable enterprise portfolio aligned with corporate objectives and customer value propositions. The Team Leader bridges commercial, technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of product roadmaps and successful go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities include managing integrated enterprise solutions across Mobility, Fixed Connectivity, Managed WAN, IoT, M2M, and Digital Platforms, while collaborating with technology vendors and partners to deliver differentiated offerings. The role supports enterprise sales by providing tailored solutions for corporate, government, and SME clients, ensuring strong value propositions, optimized pricing models, and effective commercial structures. The Team Leader continuously monitors portfolio performance indicators such as revenue, margins, penetration rates, and churn, and adjusts strategies accordingly. In addition to strategic and commercial responsibilities, the position includes leadership and people management duties, such as setting KPIs, coaching and developing team members, fostering innovation and accountability, managing task allocation, and supporting succession planning. The role also requires strict adherence to Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety requirements in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities
- Define, manage, and evolve the B2B enterprise product and service portfolio across the full product lifecycle
- Develop and execute the enterprise product roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and customer needs
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership through innovative product offerings
- Design and oversee integrated enterprise solutions across Mobility, Fixed Connectivity, Managed WAN, IoT, M2M, and Digital Platforms
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Support sales teams with product training, pricing guidance, and proposal development
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics including revenue, margins, penetration, and churn
- Assess market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
- Work closely with technology vendors and partners to build competitive and scalable solutions
- Set team objectives, KPIs, and performance targets to ensure accountability and high performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the Products & Services team to enhance capability and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with ISMS policies, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety standards
Experience & skills
- Experience in B2B or Enterprise telecom/ICT product management
- Strong understanding of enterprise mobility, connectivity, and digital service offerings
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
