Job description
The Senior Incentives & Promotions Marketing Manager, Middle East at Deliveroo is responsible for defining and executing promotional strategies across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar to drive customer engagement, behavior change, and ROI for Deliveroo and its partners. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role operates within the Brand & Experience team, leveraging deep customer insights and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Tech, and Data Science teams. The manager leads quarterly strategic planning for promotional activities, implements value propositions that influence customer behavior, and ensures customer-centric program development in partnership with Tech and Data Science teams. Operational responsibilities include managing end-to-end execution of promotions across CRM and in-app channels, influencing global tech roadmaps, owning budgets for key initiatives, tracking financial performance, designing local experiments within the global Test & Learn agenda, analyzing campaign performance, generating post-campaign insights, and monitoring market intelligence to maintain competitive advantage. The role demands a strategic yet operational mindset in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, working with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to optimize promotional campaigns and contribute to regional growth.

- Lead quarterly strategic planning for promotional activities, aligning with business priorities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to influence customer behavior and drive ROI for Deliveroo and partners
- Collaborate with Tech and Data Science teams to understand customer needs and ensure compelling, resonant value messaging
- Oversee operational delivery of promotions across CRM and in-app touchpoints and influence global tech roadmap
- Manage budgets for key initiatives, track spend, and optimize financial performance
- Design and implement local experiments as part of the global Test & Learn agenda to codify promotional best practices
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify optimization opportunities and inform future experimentation
- Monitor market and competitor trends to maintain regional competitiveness
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Tech, and Data Science teams to build effective promotional plans
- Present recommendations and campaign performance insights to senior leadership
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, CRM, or Commercial roles with a focus on value-driven or promotional campaigns
- Proficiency with analytical tools including Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker to interpret data and develop strategies
- Experience managing multiple cross-departmental stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership
- Proven ability to execute marketing strategies in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage
- Collaborative leadership and ability to work closely with Product and Data Science teams
