Job description
The Senior Executive Assistant role at Citi in Dubai provides high-level administrative and executive support within a global financial services organization. The position supports a C16 level manager and an entire department by handling correspondence, managing executive calendars and appointments, coordinating meetings, receptions, and conference calls, arranging domestic and international travel, and preparing schedules and agendas. The role includes preparation and review of meeting materials, creation and modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office, reconciliation and tracking of expenses through the Travel and Entertainment Expense system, ordering supplies and processing invoices via the Procure to Pay system, handling Virtual Requests, and contributing to ad-hoc reports and special projects. The Senior Executive Assistant is also expected to train or guide other administrative staff when required and to appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards to safeguard Citi, its clients, and assets.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare schedules and agendas for executive travel
- Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through the Travel and Entertainment Expense system

- Process and follow up on Virtual Requests
- Assist with ad-hoc reports and special projects as required
- Train, coach, or guide other administrative staff when needed
- Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards while escalating and managing control issues transparently
Experience & skills
- Previous office administration experience, preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn and gain command of new systems
- Bachelor's or University degree or equivalent professional experience
