Job description

The Universal Banker is responsible for executing and managing all financial transactions using Teller Cash Recycler systems (TCRs) within an express branch model while maintaining high service standards. This role includes handling transactions, providing sales and service support, managing customer expectations, minimizing attrition, resolving complaints, and promoting bank digital channels and alternative banking technologies. The banker is also accountable for acquiring new customers, tracking sales metrics, and meeting KPIs for both personal banking and cross-segment product offerings. Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, services, policies, and processes, along with UAE banking experience, is essential.
