Job description

The Project Manager for design and build / fit-out projects in Dubai is responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves close coordination with clients, designers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams throughout all project stages. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; reviewing and coordinating design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications; overseeing procurement and timely delivery of materials and subcontractors; monitoring site execution to ensure alignment with design, quality, and safety standards; implementing QA/QC and HSE procedures; managing risks, progress, and corrective actions; and preparing detailed project reports, variation claims, and contractual documentation. The Project Manager ensures compliance with relevant codes, authority regulations, and company standards while leveraging strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to achieve successful project outcomes. Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera and basic design review tools like AutoCAD is required, with knowledge of local UAE authority procedures considered advantageous.
