Job description
The Proposition Manager ā Excellence Banking will support the Head of Excellence Banking at Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) in strengthening the bankās offerings for high-value clients. The role focuses on developing and refining unique value propositions by analyzing client needs and collaborating with product and marketing teams to create tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include driving marketing campaigns, enhancing RM productivity, and boosting cross-selling to expand market share in the Excellence Segment. The manager will conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, participate in strategic planning for positioning SIB services, and collect client feedback to enhance service delivery. The role emphasizes improving profitability and achieving financial targets through digitization of customer journeys and services across all touchpoints. The candidate should have deep knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, with a proven track record in priority or wealth management segments.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for Excellence Banking clients
- Design and launch sales drive campaigns to boost RM productivity and enhance cross-selling
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Support the Head of Excellence Banking in strategic planning to position SIB products effectively
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to gather and act on client feedback
- Enhance profitability and ensure financial targets are met for the Excellence segment
- Digitize processes across all customer service touchpoints to elevate the client experience
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Priority and Excellence banking
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytics skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
