Key responsibilities

• Support business units during manpower planning and schedule alignment.
• Develop and execute hiring plans for various automotive brands.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management.
• Engage stakeholders and HRBPs to align hiring with organizational goals.
• Use ATS (Success Factors), job boards, social media, and headhunting to attract top talent.
• Conduct assessment centers and open days for volume hiring initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights on market trends and talent availability.
• Manage candidate experience, referencing, and onboarding readiness.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and manpower budgets.
