Job description
Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment within assigned business units. The role requires strategic manpower planning, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and a strong command of assessment tools and recruitment technologies. The ideal candidate will support Al-Futtaimās diverse automotive brands by ensuring quality hires through structured hiring plans, talent pool development, and market insights.

Key responsibilities
- Support business units during manpower planning and schedule alignment.
- Develop and execute hiring plans for various automotive brands.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management.
- Engage stakeholders and HRBPs to align hiring with organizational goals.
- Use ATS (Success Factors), job boards, social media, and headhunting to attract top talent.
- Conduct assessment centers and open days for volume hiring initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights on market trends and talent availability.
- Manage candidate experience, referencing, and onboarding readiness.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and manpower budgets.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
- Experience managing recruitment for complex business units and multiple HR stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Success Factors preferred).
- Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in building and nurturing talent pools.
- Experience in organizing and running large-scale assessment events.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and best practices in recruitment.
