Job description
The Graphic Designer (Social Media) role at Revolut operates within a global financial technology company founded in 2015, serving more than 65 million customers worldwide with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The position sits within the Social Media team, where creativity meets strategy, and is responsible for shaping Revolut’s organic social media presence through visually engaging static and motion design assets. The role balances creative execution with strategic insight, ensuring that all social content aligns with brand standards, social media best practices, and broader marketing and product campaigns. The designer collaborates closely with Brand Studio, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, manages workflows across multiple deadlines, and takes ownership of projects from concept through final delivery. The role emphasizes trend awareness, audience engagement, brand storytelling, and community-building, while leveraging design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects. The position is available across multiple offices and remote locations, including Dubai and the UAE, with compensation varying by geography.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design visually engaging static and motion assets for organic social media channels to elevate brand presence and audience connection
- Create compelling campaign content and take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery
- Collaborate with Brand Studio, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Collect inspiration and references, track social media and design trends, and develop moodboards, storyboards, and concept presentations
- Apply strategic thinking to social media design decisions to support engagement, brand storytelling, and community growth
- Manage workflows and deliver high-quality social content across multiple projects and deadlines
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a visual, brand, or motion designer
- Exhibit expertise in Figma
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially After Effects
- Show experience producing creatives for performance marketing and digital paid advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google App
- Demonstrate solid conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into engaging social content
- Show experience creating templates and scalable design solutions
- Familiarity with 3D design, animation, and Cinema 4D is considered an advantage
