Job description
Most weeks in this Riyadh team revolve around live tenders, with RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct-award processes running across your assigned technology portfolios. Qiddiya Investment Company relies on this position to take technology procurement from demand planning and sourcing strategy through to contract award and supplier onboarding. Evaluation is a big part of that, covering technical and commercial assessments, tender clarifications, BAFOs and negotiations. After award, the work continues with amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests and claims support. Procurement schedules and Tender Event Schedules need close monitoring so deadlines hold. Cost optimisation and commercial value are measured outcomes, and supplier performance, disputes and operational escalations all come through you. You will also review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissions before they move forward. Experience in large organisations, giga-projects, government entities or other regulated settings will help, along with at least 5 years in procurement, sourcing, contracts or supply chain.
