Job description
The Operations Support Manager is responsible for implementing the global service quality plan within the assigned geographic territory in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on surface wellhead operations. The role monitors Product Lineāspecific technical and HSE training, ensures compliance with SOPs and service delivery standards, manages assets according to published guidelines, and serves as the Product Line owner of the InTouch system. The position oversees OMS processes for continuous assessment and improvement, leads failure review processes, manages CAPEX and EPU alignment with Product Line equipment guidelines, and promotes technologies that enhance operational efficiency and quality. The role requires extensive experience in surface wellhead operations, equipment design, troubleshooting, asset allocation, and strong field leadership, with regular customer interaction to understand service quality drivers.

Key responsibilities
- Implement and promote the global service quality plan within the assigned geographic region.
- Monitor compliance with Product Lineāspecific technical and HSE training objectives to ensure adherence to service delivery standards.
- Serve as the Product Line owner of the InTouch system.
- Mentor SDMs and SQCs to promote teamwork and technical knowledge sharing.
- Oversee the OMS process to ensure continuous assessment and self-improvement.
- Lead the failure review process in accordance with company and Product Line standards.
- Promote technologies that improve field efficiency and quality of operations.
- Manage assets to ensure equipment compliance with company and Product Line standards and allocate assets to meet field needs.
- Ensure CAPEX plans and EPU align with Product Line guidelines for equipment rationalization and adequate quantities.
- Communicate with customers to understand and address key service quality drivers.
- Support and supervise surface wellhead operations, including complex equipment installations and troubleshooting.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10ā15 years of professional experience in surface wellhead operations, design, and leadership roles.
- Expertise in supporting surface wellhead operations, including troubleshooting and supervision of complex installations.
- Proven managerial experience with strong field presence to meet operational demands.
- Experience leading and managing wellhead design and design projects.
- Ability to lead, manage, delegate, and coach team members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and represent the company professionally.
- Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure operational environments.
