Job description
The Manager – Finance and Administration plays a pivotal role in supporting financial oversight and administrative operations within the Residential Development Division at Red Sea Global. This role ensures effective budget control, strategic financial planning, and efficient administrative practices aligned with RSG’s goals of operational excellence, project delivery, and sustainable development. The position leads a team managing cost control, procurement coordination, reporting, and administrative support across Residential development portfolios.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, monitoring, and periodic review of operational and project-related budgets within the Residential Development Division.
- Coordinate with the corporate finance team to ensure alignment of divisional financial activities with RSG’s overall financial framework.
- Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; identify cost variances and propose corrective actions.
- Support leadership in developing financial strategies and resource plans to support project execution.
- Provide regular financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to senior management for decision-making.
- Lead financial risk assessments and participate in business case development and investment planning for Residential initiatives.
- Oversee general administration, including office operations, procurement requisitions, document control, and contract administration.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and optimal functioning of administrative services to support project teams and site operations.
- Supervise and mentor admin and finance support staff to ensure efficiency, compliance, and development.
- Ensure adherence to RSG’s internal financial policies, procurement protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams during reviews and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial systems, processes, and reporting structures to enhance transparency and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments including Procurement, Legal, HR, and Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless administrative and financial support.
- Coordinate with external service providers, consultants, and contractors regarding invoicing, payment tracking, and contract fulfillment.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree or CPA/CMA/ACCA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience supporting major real estate, hospitality, or infrastructure development programs.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
