Job description
The Associate Engagement Manager / Associate Manager – Client Services role in Dubai focuses on managing and growing strategic client accounts within the Airline Industry and Global Markets domain. The position is responsible for client relationship management, account farming, and driving business growth within existing enterprise accounts. The role involves working closely with CXO and CXO-1 stakeholders, understanding client organizational culture, and positioning IT services and digital transformation solutions aligned with business objectives. The Associate Engagement Manager plays a critical role in the sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, RFP response development, proposal creation, pricing discussions, and Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiations. The role requires collaboration with delivery teams to ensure successful execution, proactive account governance, and prevention of escalations. A strong understanding of the IT services industry, global delivery models, and airline sector dynamics is essential to drive sustainable account expansion and long-term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders, including CXOs and CXO-1 executives, ensuring high levels of trust and long-term partnership.
- Drive account growth through business development (farming) strategies within existing airline and global markets accounts.
- Identify new opportunities within accounts and proactively position relevant IT services and digital transformation offerings.
- Develop and execute account plans, review sales and pursuit strategies with leadership, and ensure business pipeline targets are achieved.
- Lead proposal development and RFP responses, ensuring solutions are aligned with client requirements and competitive positioning.
- Conduct client presentations, executive workshops, and solution discussions to influence decision-making and secure new business.
- Manage MSA and contract negotiations, demonstrating strong understanding of contractual standards and commercial interdependencies.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure proper staffing, governance, and issue resolution to avoid escalations.
- Maintain account hygiene, operational oversight, and compliance with internal processes and reporting requirements.
- Perform competitor analysis and market research to develop strategic approaches that enable favorable business outcomes.
- Build and manage alliances with relevant product and service vendors to enhance solution capabilities and value propositions.
Experience & skills
- Proven track record of growing existing enterprise accounts through effective farming, account management, and relationship development.
- Extensive experience interacting with C-level and senior executive stakeholders in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital consulting, and the Global Delivery Model.
- Experience in managing multi-location consulting or IT engagement teams is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in proposal creation, pricing strategy, and leading proposal presentations.
- Experience negotiating MSAs and understanding contract structures within enterprise IT services environments.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Broad exposure to IT and business consulting engagements, preferably within airline or global markets domains.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, delivery, and partner teams to drive successful account outcomes.
