Job description
Aldar's Strategy and Transformation team runs an EPMO that decides which projects and programmes matter most, and this Senior Associate helps it deliver. Work covers the full path from identifying and prioritising the most strategic initiatives to implementing them in line with strategy. Frameworks come first, including methodologies, tools and organisational structures for managing initiatives. Business Owners work with you on key steps and milestones, while interdependencies, risks and escalations are tracked at both initiative and portfolio level. Management receives regular reporting on progress, achievements and challenges. Assigned EPMO manpower also needs planning and allocating across initiatives. Quality matters here, from uplifting project plans with sponsors to QA on deliverables and control of change requests. Candidates bring 4+ years in a PMO role, experience running full project lifecycles with teams of 5 to 25 people, and a record of leading initiatives in areas such as CX, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Data, Innovation and Process Improvement. Real estate or holding-structure PMO experience helps, and AI prompting and document production skills are highly advantageous.
