The consultant fosters client relationships by building credibility, trust, and long-term partnerships through effective solutioning and delivery. The position involves innovating across partner ecosystems including ServiceNow partnerships and leveraging hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, IBM Cloud, and enterprise transformation capabilities to optimize business outcomes. - Apply solutioning standards, models, frameworks, and best practices to ensure end-to-end solution integrity and successful enterprise solution delivery

- Lead complex solution development and delivery across multidiscipline environments ensuring integration of hybrid cloud, AI, and enterprise transformation solutions
- Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and consulting professionals to design and deliver enterprise-level transformation solutions across industries
Experience & skills
- Obtain Bachelor's Degree with Masterās Degree preferred and demonstrate experience in ServiceNow solution consulting, enterprise solution development, and technology consulting environments
- Demonstrate deep expertise in solution development including building and enabling solutioning teams to co-create and design innovative solutions aligned with business outcomes
- Possess experience leveraging global market insights, global learnings, and ServiceNow expertise to guide strategic solutions and build market eminence
- Demonstrate experience applying solutioning standards, solution models, and best practices to maintain end-to-end solution integrity
- Show proven ability delivering complex multidiscipline solutions across enterprise consulting and technology transformation environments
- Demonstrate experience innovating across partner ecosystems including ServiceNow partnerships to drive business outcomes
- Exhibit knowledge of hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, IBM Cloud, and enterprise transformation capabilities within consulting environments
- Demonstrate ability to align client strategies with IBM Consulting solutions and optimize business outcomes through enterprise solution delivery
