Job description
The Business Consultant at Property Finder KSA is responsible for driving customer retention and business growth through strategic consultations, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making. The role includes mastering Property Finder’s solution portfolio, acquiring new clients, managing existing portfolios, and aligning client needs with technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions. The Business Consultant utilizes a consultative approach to interpret client data, provide ROI-focused solutions, and forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue with high accuracy. This role also ensures timely payment reconciliation, collaborates with internal departments to meet client requests, and contributes to achieving key performance targets. The position demands a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes within client organizations.

Key responsibilities
- Master the Property Finder solution portfolio and become a subject matter expert on all products and services.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth, acting as the primary contact for client account management within a designated territory.
- Acquire new clients and manage existing client portfolios effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs, preferences, and challenges, aligning them with appropriate solutions and listing packages.
- Effectively sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to Real Estate Brokerages.
- Predict revenue forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly with a high degree of accuracy and monitor performance against targets.
- Collaborate with clients and finance teams to ensure timely payment reconciliation and resolution of financial issues.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to address client requests promptly, providing strategic business advice and actionable recommendations.
Experience & skills
- Proven sales experience with 3+ years in SaaS/Subscription-based solutions, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Analytical strength and ability to interpret client data to propose ROI-driven solutions.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to build trust, address diverse client needs, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making processes within client organizations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business strategies, market dynamics, and client requirements.
- Experience in consultative selling, business portfolio management, and territory management.
