Job description
The Order to Cash (OTC) Senior Finance Manager at Hilton is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of OTC services within Hilton’s Centre of Excellence (COE), ensuring strong alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution. The role oversees invoicing, collections, receipt application, credit control, reconciliations, and period-end close activities while driving operational excellence, automation, and process optimization. The position plays a critical role in strengthening partnerships with hotels, external customers, IT, corporate stakeholders, and COE functions, while upholding Hilton’s Customer Promise by reducing customer effort, improving responsiveness, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role has full accountability for compliance, governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence, while also leading centralization initiatives, transitions, onboarding of new hotels, and change management across systems, tools, SOPs, and ways of working. As a senior people leader, the role manages team leads, supervisors, and specialists, fosters a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, drives productivity improvements, supports team well-being, and ensures measurable improvements in service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across Hilton’s global shared services environment.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process including invoicing, collections, receipt application, credit control, reconciliations, and reporting
- Manage and develop a multi-layer team structure including team leads, supervisors, and specialists by setting clear goals, standards, and performance expectations
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities for OTC including reconciliations, provisions, ageing reviews, and financial reporting
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with hotels, external customers, COE teams, IT, and corporate stakeholders
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Enhance customer experience by leveraging hotel feedback to improve service quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and Hilton policies
- Lead change management initiatives including transitions, knowledge transfer, and adoption of new tools, technologies, SOPs, and operating models
- Champion continuous improvement projects to enhance COE processes, performance metrics, and reporting outcomes
- Support onboarding and transition of new hotels into the COE ensuring seamless handover and stabilization
- Drive team capability building, training, coaching, engagement, and well-being initiatives
- Implement and maintain safety, workplace conduct, and service culture standards in line with Hilton values
- Support centralization initiatives and productivity improvements aligned with the COE resourcing model
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate experience in finance roles within centralized shared services teams or cross-border operations
- Show exposure to project delivery, process transitions, or finance process centralization initiatives
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English
- Hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional accounting qualifications considered an advantage
- Demonstrate management-level experience in finance shared services or hotel finance operations
- Show technical knowledge of PMS, POS, and ERP systems including PEP, OnQ or OA, Micros, Agilysys, and Navision
- Demonstrate experience using data and automation tools such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, and PowerAutomate
- Demonstrate experience within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry
