Job description
The Senior Manager - Program Management (Transformation PMO) at DIB is responsible for coordinating and managing strategic transformation projects across the bankās portfolio. The role involves end-to-end management of small-sized programs, ensuring effective coordination and oversight within the Transformation Project Management Office. The incumbent facilitates collaboration across internal departments and external consultants, oversees project plans, deadlines, and stakeholder engagement, and ensures adherence to change management processes including training and stakeholder access. The position also involves maintaining detailed project documentation, organizing meetings, and supporting hybrid work arrangements. The candidate should hold PMP and Scrum Master certifications and possess 6ā8 years of experience in project or program management within a banking or similar environment.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate specific projects under the Transformation PMO portfolio ensuring on-time and quality delivery
- Manage small-sized programs end to end within the Transformation PMO framework
- Enable Transformation PMO operations by organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain strong relationships across the organization to secure stakeholder engagement and time commitment
- Monitor project plans, milestones, and deadlines to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with objectives
- Coordinate effectively with project stakeholders to perform delegated duties and ensure clear accountability
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Support change management initiatives including training coordination and scheduling access to required facilities and resources
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, processes, and transformation goals
- Work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing work-from-home and on-site responsibilities
Experience & skills
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Scrum Master certification is required
- 6ā8 years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably within a banking or financial institution
- Strong background in managing transformation or strategic projects
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different functional areas
- Experience in project planning, monitoring, and documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with hybrid work models and digital project management environments
- Proficiency in change management and stakeholder engagement practices
