Job description
The Senior Project Manager at Currie & Brown in Dubai is responsible for managing high-end hospitality new build projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery in line with defined objectives, timelines, and budgets. The Senior Project Manager develops project delivery plans, establishes governance frameworks, and implements control mechanisms to ensure effective execution. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, and experience across pre-contract and post-contract project phases. The candidate will oversee financial tracking, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company standards. The position also requires advising senior management, coordinating with clients, and maintaining collaborative relationships across stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves reviewing project processes, identifying improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Senior Project Manager is expected to act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful delivery of high-value hospitality construction projects while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

- Strong contract administration knowledge
- Commercial awareness and financial management skills
- Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to act as trusted advisor to clients
