Job description
The Digital Merchandising Assistant in Dubai is responsible for supporting the execution of online merchandising activities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales for luxury fashion products. The role ensures product information is accurate, complete, and displayed correctly across the website, including categories, filters, landing pages, curated edits, campaigns, and promotions. This position supports end-to-end product launches, maintains internal search optimization, monitors key metrics such as conversion and add-to-cart rates, and tracks inventory levels for featured products. The Digital Merchandising Assistant also contributes to weekly performance reporting, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis, providing actionable insights for merchandising decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and adherence to KPIs are central to ensuring seamless online operations, enhancing product visibility, and improving overall website performance.

- Ensure accurate and complete product information is reflected across the website

- Track inventory levels for products featured in campaigns or editorial content
- Assist with competitor benchmarking and basic trend analysis
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and support team projects to meet digital merchandising objectives
