Job description
Proposals, bids and tenders move quickly through EY's Clients & Industries team, and this Doha coordinator keeps each one on track across the MENA region. Opportunities are circulated to the right Service Line teams and stakeholders as soon as they arrive. Timelines, milestones and submission deadlines are tracked so responses go out accurately and on time. Opportunity data, documentation and tracking records are kept accurate. Proposal materials are compiled and submitted with input gathered from colleagues across the firm. EY policies, quality standards and confidentiality rules apply to every pursuit. Regular status reports keep stakeholders informed, and ideas for improving the process are welcomed. Up to 3 years in coordination, operations or administration is enough, along with a business or communications degree, and bid or proposal support experience will help.
