Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager, specializing in Business Development and Sales of Virtual Asset and Strong Relationship Management. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of our platform in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry and educate clients on relevant topics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the organization's visibility.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in BD/Institutional sales of financial products including virtual assets.
- Strong and comprehensive book of clients (HNWIs, VIPs and Corporates) within the UAE specifically (and GCC on a wider scale) who wish to trade and do OTC trades (high volume trades).
- Existing and cordial relationships with corporates for B2B2C business (telecommunications, super-apps, fintechs, banks, travel, hospitality, real estate and luxury brands).
- Deep practical digital asset experience on the ground in the UAE including a thorough understanding of the ecosystem, regulatory landscape and growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to cryptocurrency exchanges.
