Job description
The Manager – Enterprise Resource Planning & Applications Delivery role at AD Ports Group is responsible for project managing and delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle ERP R12 initiatives across the organization. The role ensures ERP and application delivery projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, with successful acceptance into operational service. The position involves defining and managing project requirements, maintaining a complete requirements catalogue and traceability matrix, and managing business and project risks through structured risk assessments and mitigation plans. The role collaborates closely with business units, IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to align objectives, manage scope, and deliver ERP solutions that support AD Ports Group’s integrated digital, logistics, maritime, and trade operations. The manager is accountable for planning, scheduling, resource allocation, change management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle within a complex enterprise environment.

- Deliver ERP and applications delivery projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards with successful acceptance into service
- Define and manage project requirements, ensuring a complete requirements catalogue and traceability matrix
- Identify, assess, and manage business and project risks, producing effective risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, best practices, and quality standards
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address concerns
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align project objectives and deliverables
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders
- Assess and manage change requests, including impact analysis and approval processes
- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize operational disruption
- Communicate approved changes to project teams and stakeholders and ensure alignment and acceptance
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
- Demonstrate experience project managing and delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle ERP R12 projects
- Possess Oracle certification in relevant Oracle modules
- Hold a PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Demonstrate capability in ERP project delivery, risk management, and change management within enterprise environments
