Job description
Join our local Marketing Team in Salmiya to support the Sr. Marketing Manager in growing Talabat Kuwait Partnerships by managing advertising, promotions, events, social media channels, influencer and ambassador programs, and ensuring timely financial processes in alignment with brand guidelines and budget.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing the local advertising, promotional campaigns and event management as per the department quarterly plan, brand guidelines and budget
- Ensure that Talabat is well positioned as a brand in the local market and reaching the right audience to optimize market share
- Facilitate campaign requirements requested by the Marketing Manager with the local Sales team, ensuring clear briefing of content, offers and details
- Organize a 3-month social media calendar, updated daily
- Own social media content generation and daily monitoring of Talabat and competitor platforms
- Create influencer plans (minimum 1 per month) and brand ambassadors (minimum 2 per month)
- Identify new social media trends for brand exposure and local relevance
- Monitor customer inquiries and comments on all social media platforms within 3 hours
- Assist from A-Z on ground activations, including supervision of marketing material and promoters
- Stay aware of local trends and events to evaluate brand participation opportunities
- Raise POs, receive invoices and quotations from vendors, and manage payments with Finance
- Organize payment files for the Marketing Department
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience within the FMCG or retail sectors is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced settings
