Job description
Emirates NBD is seeking an HR Pension Assistant Manager to manage the processing of UAE and GCC pension contributions for every pay cycle. The role involves overseeing pension systems and data inputs, resolving discrepancies, managing enrollment compliance, and ensuring confidentiality of pension and payroll records. The successful candidate will provide expertise on pension deductions, coordinate sensitive HR changes, prepare detailed reports for audits and internal use, and align pension processing with business upgrades and regulatory compliance. The position requires collaboration with payroll and HR teams and timely communication with external parties such as RMC.

Key responsibilities
- Oversees processing of UAE & GCC pension contributions for every pay period
- Maintains pension processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Monitors computation of employee & employer contribution in Arabic Pension Sheet
- Manages executive & senior staff questions about wages, pension deductions, pension rules
- Controls and coordinates requests for new joiner enrollments within pension enrolment deadline
- Handles sensitive changes in nationality, family book status
- Adheres to pension policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in UAE FTS Pension File and HR records
- Honors confidentiality of employees' pay & pension records
- Ensures team completes pension reports for record-keeping purposes or audit review
- Checks on the pension process and need to incorporate with the upgrade whenever required
- Reports to be prepared and shared based on the business requirement and approvals
- Ensuring HR accounts are reconciled monthly
- Oversight to ensure documents are scanned and files are sent to RMC on a timely basis
