Job description
The Marketing & Communications role within Emaar Hospitality Group is responsible for leading all marketing efforts for the Individual Business Unit (IBU) as part of the overall business, marketing, and brand strategy. The role oversees the development and execution of integrated Marketing, Digital, Public Relations, and Social Media strategies in alignment with company and brand guidelines, processes, and policies. The objective is to maximize share of voice, improve performance across marketing metrics, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness for the hospitality business unit. The position requires managing fully integrated offline and online marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand activations while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The role involves working within a performance-driven culture where success is measured by timely project completion, budget adherence, quality execution, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end campaign development, coordinating marketing activations, overseeing digital and social media execution, and ensuring consistency in brand communication across all channels. The role requires strong project management capability to ensure delivery of marketing initiatives on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. The position demands close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing and communications activities. The Marketing & Communications professional is expected to bring strong strategic thinking, creative oversight, and analytical capability to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth. Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies including offline, online, digital, social media, and PR campaigns to support brand and business objectives for the hospitality business unit
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and brand activations ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, marketing strategy, and business goals
- Oversee public relations and communications activities including media engagement, press releases, and reputation management to enhance brand visibility and share of voice
- Coordinate digital marketing and social media strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness across multiple channels
- Ensure project management excellence by delivering marketing initiatives on time, within budget, and at required quality standards
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and campaign outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and support continuous improvement and optimization
- Manage budgets and ensure cost efficiency across marketing and communications activities while maximizing return on investment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Experience & skills
- Obtain Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing with minimum 5 years of progressive experience in offline and online marketing, campaign management, and public relations
- Demonstrate strong experience in managing fully integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and communications strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Possess strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliver high-quality marketing outputs
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and ability to align marketing initiatives with brand and business objectives
- Show expertise in creative oversight and attention to detail in marketing and design execution
- Demonstrate experience in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness strategies
- Exhibit ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with focus on results, adaptability, and resilience
