Job description
Running a Sephora store floor means owning client experience, sales performance, operations and team development all at once, working closely with the Supervisor and reporting into the Area Manager. Coaching sits at the center of the job, training the team to hit commercial and operational KPIs while embodying the Sephora Attitude on the floor. You'll use tools like Love Meter and CEE to track client satisfaction, then turn those insights into action plans that actually move the needle. Sales targets get balanced and driven across selective, exclusive and Sephora Collection lines, reinforced by the sales policies and techniques taught at Sephora University. Stock availability, podium orders and store cleanliness all fall under daily operations, alongside enforcing policies on products, testers, prices and merchandising. Market conditions, competitor activity and client needs feed into business strategy here, with product recommendations and qualitative feedback flowing back to Head Office and CATMAN. Recruiting, succession planning and training follow up round out the people side, including keeping the team engaged with Axonify as the e-learning tool and running monthly performance assessments. A bachelor's degree and 4 to 5 years of store management experience are required, along with advanced English and, ideally, some Arabic.
