Job description
This role sits inside the GM IT FO Squad, providing IT services to the Global Markets team across support, change requests and projects. Level 1 and level 2 trading floor support forms the core of the job, covering both traders and control groups on a daily basis. You'll support traders and middle office users on daily issues including PL and position mismatches, market data and market operations. Curves and static data get configured directly in Murex, covering rate, rate hedge and credit curves alongside securities, generators, indices, currencies, vol surface, portfolios, user groups and access rights. New pre trade rules get written, and lookup tables, simulation views, e-tradepad strategies and Live Book views get created or amended as needed. Patch and version upgrade testing runs through this role too, reconciling PL and Greeks issues while avoiding regressions. Progress on issues and showstoppers gets reported to the manager and other stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on where things stand. You're expected to bring 7 to 10 years of experience in Murex Front Office support, with expertise across at least two asset classes including exotics. Pricing, valuation, risk management and sensitivities all fall within scope, backed by strong exposure to FO modules such as E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM and Pre-Trade Workflow.
