Job description
Senior leaders across a set of assigned business units in Dubai will look to this Associate Director for advice on HR strategy and organisational development. Talent management and succession planning sit near the top of the agenda, since building leadership pipelines is a priority. Performance management frameworks also need designing so they line up with business objectives. On the employee relations side, you guide managers on conflict resolution, policy interpretation and compliance with UAE labor law. HR analytics and reporting give the business the insight it needs for data-driven decisions. Change management and culture transformation fall under the organisational development work you oversee. There is a team of HR professionals to manage and coach as well. The position is open to UAE Nationals with 6-8 years of progressive HRBP experience in a corporate environment and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree, a CIPD or SHRM-SCP certification, or a background in UAE oil & gas or financial services would strengthen an application.
