Job description
The Senior Community Manager at KAIZEN Asset Management Services leads and oversees community management operations for a portfolio of high-value residential projects in Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal financial performance, maintenance standards, and resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with laws and ownersâ association bylaws. The role also drives service excellence, sustainability initiatives, and technology integration across communities, while building strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

- Lead and oversee community management operations, including financial performance, maintenance, and resident experience.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ownersâ association bylaws.
- Monitor service providersâ adherence to SLAs and KPIs, driving service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize building performance and enhance community experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Champion initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend improvements for building management processes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in owners association or community management.
- Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Technologically savvy with experience in property management software.
