Job description
High volumes of account requests from BBG clients pass through this Abu Dhabi operations team each day, and every one has to be accurate, compliant and on time. Open to UAE nationals, the position processes onboarding and remediation transactions for Corporate and Institutional Banking customers after reviewing each one for AML and legal risk. Documents from Client Services and Onboarding are validated before anything goes into the bank's systems. Dormant and unclaimed account activations also come through here. The BBG Help Desk is yours to run, answering queries from business units and stakeholders and escalating where needed. Service logs and dashboards track turnaround times against SLAs, and transaction statuses and rejection reasons are updated through email or workflow systems. Recurring issues are analysed for risk, with compliance, legal, credit and operational concerns escalated promptly. Where a process has never been documented, you will write the SOP, and data migration and system integration work will need your support too. At least three years of banking experience, ideally in CCB, IB or Account Services, and working knowledge of core banking systems are required.
